First Rain of the Season. Well, Nearly!!

Despite our 39d (Celcius) temperature today - it was overcast for most of the day.  In fact - the clouds looked dark and very threatening!

But, alas - it all amounted to nothing.  For us in town at least!!

I headed up to my one of my favourite spots - Telstra Hill, to try and take some lovely sunset shots - and I was not disappointed with Mother Nature's display.  Just wish she had let the rain hit the ground - rather than allow it to evaporate!
